Black Hills Energy helps Montrose Children's Museum provide access for all

The Montrose Children's Museum and Black Hills Energy announced a new collaboration in support of the Museums for All campaign. 

Museums for All is a national, branded access program that encourages individuals of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum habits. It is open to participation by any type of museum. Through Museums for All, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can gain free admission to the Montrose Children’s Museum. (read more)

Montrose Children’s Museum Announces Grand Opening in June

After months of anticipation the museum’s opening weekend is slated for Saturday, June 29th, and Sunday, June 30th, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Families are invited to join in the festivities which include interactive exhibits, hands-on activities, and entertainment for children of all ages. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in the official ribbon cutting ceremony, marking the official opening of the museum. (read more)
