We are located at 221 Colorado Ave., Unit A in Montrose, Colorado, 81401.

We are near the Urgent Care at Colorado Ave. and Townsend Ave.

What are your hours of operation?

Tuesday 9 am - 12 pm

Wednesday - Saturday 10 am - 4 pm

Sunday - Monday closed

*with the exception of some holidays and closures for special events. Any special event closures will be advertised on our website.

What are your admission fees?

• Adult $8

• Senior (65+) $7

• Members are always FREE.

Where is parking?

Please park in the designated parking spaces labeled “MCM”. Additional parking can be found on Colorado Ave.

What ages are appropriate for visitors?

All ages are welcome at the museum. Our current exhibits and programming are designed with ages 0-10 in mind, but there is always space for more creative play.

Can I drop my child off to play?

No. All children must be accompanied by a guardian age 18 or older. All adults must be accompanied by a child.

Is the museum stroller accessible?

Our current space does not allow for strollers to be used with ease. Please consider leaving your stroller in the car. Our Tot Spot is designed to meet the needs of younger children who may not be walking yet.

Accessibility

Where is handicap parking and are there ramps?

Handicap spaces and a sidewalk ramp are located in front of our building. We also have a ramp and gate available to access our outdoor space.
