Youth Leadership Program

This Summer leadership and service-learning program is designed for high school students ages 12–18 who are interested in leadership, community service, working with children, and gaining real-world experience in a professional museum setting.

Participants will receive leadership training, help support museum operations, assist with camps and workshops, mentor younger children, and help lead special teen-run museum days.

This program focuses on:

  • Leadership development

  • Communication and teamwork

  • Public speaking and professionalism

  • Community service

  • Workforce readiness

  • Social and emotional growth

Program Dates:
May–August 2026

Active Program Time:
June–July 2026

Selected students will be expected to attend leadership training sessions and participate in scheduled museum shifts throughout the summer.

*Only 10 students will be selected for this program.
